If you have placed your order on a weekend or a public national holiday you order might experience slight delays, dependent on the postal services/couriers. Step 1: A confirmation email is received once you place your order.
Step 2: Your order is in line to begin processing.
Step 3: You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is in line to be packaged, labeled and shipped. Receiving this email means that your shipping label has been printed.
Step 4: Stay up-to-date on your order by checking your tracking number. The tracking number will update once it has arrived to the UPS facility.
Step 5: Your order will be delivered. This is 7-14 business days from when you placed your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Only store credit will be allowed.
It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for store credit.
Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).
Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.

That means, we’ll replace this item in the event of a manufacturing defect. All you’ll need is proof of purchase. While this warranty doesn't cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear, I’m sure this bag will be your new travel bestie.
