To ensure a smooth checkout experience, please set up AfterPay in store feature before arriving at the store, as store associates are unable to assist with this during high shopping volumes.
Each customer is eligible for one free gift per transaction, while supplies last. Please note that splitting transactions to receive multiple gifts is not permitted.
Shopping bags are not available for purchase, and extras cannot be provided. Additional bags will only be given if your purchase doesn’t fit into a single bag.
We are unable to hold items for later purchase or pickup.
Orders
There is a 24 hour window for any cancellation requests for all online orders. Once an order is placed, it’s final, and no shipping addresses can be changed, edited or updated due to our customer privacy policy. We hustle to get your order out ASAP, so we can’t modify it. Expect your goodies in 7-14 business days.
You’ve got 14 days from delivery date to send it back for store credit. Remember, we don’t do refunds. You’ll get credit for the item’s price, but not for shipping, taxes, or discounts. Make sure what you’re returning is in its original state, original packaging, and with all product tags attached. You’re in charge of sending it back to us. If your item’s defective, we’ll refund the shipping cost. Anything sent back after 14 days from delivery won’t be accepted, no if’s, and’s, or but’s. Give us up to 10 business days to process your return and issue that credit.
We currently do not offer in-person pick-up for online orders. All purchases are shipped directly to the address you provide during checkout.
Currently, we only accept orders through our website. This helps ensure a smooth and secure checkout experience for all customers.

Product Inquiry
Glam-Aholic Lifestyle offers a 90-day warranty on all bags and small leather goods, starting from the date of receipt. This warranty covers quality-related or manufacturing defects, and we will honor exchanges for a replacement within this period. Please note that we do not offer refunds for servicing or repairs. Any issues that arise outside of the 90-day warranty period are the responsibility of the customer, so we encourage you to inspect your items upon receipt.

Yes, we offer digital gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase them on our website at https://glamaholiclifestyle.com/products/e-gift-card.
Yes, most of our bags, including some of our minis, are designed to fit standard iPhone models. For exact dimensions, please check the product page for detailed measurements. However, the following bags are not big enough to fit a standard iPhone: Mini Wallet On Chain, Mini Heart Bag, and Mini Wristlet.
Shipping & Returns
All sales are final here. But if something’s not quite right, you can return items for store credit that will be processed on an e-gift card. Don’t wait around – returns are only good for 14 days after delivery. And that’s the rule, no exceptions.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend waiting 24-48 hours as carriers sometimes mark items as delivered prematurely. If it’s still missing, please file a claim with UPS or contact our support team for further assistance at help@glamaholiclifestyle.com
All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review our Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing.
Due to our customer privacy policy, we are unable to edit your shipping or email address once your order has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will assist you with the cancellation process.
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are processed under our standard shipping time of 7-14 business days unless specified otherwise, which typically happens during holiday periods.

We mainly ship with UPS. If you’ve got a USPS PO Box or Military address, we’ll use USPS to get your package there.

We’re pretty flexible with payments. Use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or digital wallets like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and AfterPay. Choose your favorite at checkout.
Our system only allows one discount code to be applied per order, so please choose the code that offers you the best value. Please note, at this time, discount codes cannot be applied to our Pebble and Denim Collection. Happy shopping!

We do not have set restock dates. Restocks vary depending on demand and availability. To stay updated, we recommend signing up for our newsletter or following us on Instagram for announcements on future restocks.
Currently, luggage pieces are not returning. However, if we do restock them in the future, you’ll be the first to know by signing up for our newsletter!
