Shipping policy

- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days from the order date to receive your order. To keep things flowing smoothly, we fulfill orders based on the method that best supports our shipping process. Trust that your order is in good hands and will be on its way soon! We do not offer express or expedited shipping services for online orders at this time.
- Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS, unless addressed to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO addresses. Tracking information will be sent via email to the address used at checkout once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
- Signature Confirmation: Any orders with a total value of $200.00 or more will automatically include delivery with signature confirmation. This is for your protection to ensure safe delivery of high-value items.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
- International Orders: At this time, we only ship to domestic addresses.
