Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Please allow 7-14 business days from the order date to receive your order. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We do not offer express or expedited shipping services for online orders at this time.

Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS, unless addressed to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO addresses. Tracking information will be sent via email to the address used at checkout once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Signature Confirmation: Any order containing luggage or with a total value of $300.00 or more will automatically include delivery with signature confirmation. This is for your protection to ensure safe delivery of high-value items.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.

International Orders: At this time, we only ship to domestic addresses. Please contact us for any inquiries regarding international shipping options.
Return Policy

Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made for sale items.

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns are eligible for store credit only (issued via an e-gift card). All returns after 14 days will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Store Credit: Store credit will be issued for the merchandise purchased only, excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts applied. Store credit will be provided in the form of an e-gift card.

Condition of Returns: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached (if applicable). Any items that show signs of wear or damage, including but not limited to stains, perfumes, or visible wear, will not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or damaged items. Please return merchandise using a secure method (shipping box or bag), and do not affix return labels directly to the product, as this can damage the original packaging, resulting in a refusal of return.

Refunds: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Only store credit will be provided for eligible returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged items.

Warranty

Product Warranty: Glam-Aholic Lifestyle offers a 90-day warranty on all bags and small leather goods. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues. If a defect arises within this period, an exchange for a replacement will be offered. No refunds will be issued for servicing or repairs.

After Warranty Period: Any issues with a product after the 90-day warranty period will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend carefully inspecting your products upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure that all information is correct before completing your purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Glam-Aholic Lifestyle is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier, including UPS and USPS. Once an order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and manage the delivery. We are not liable for any damages that occur during the shipping process, including delays, lost packages, or packages left unattended at the delivery address.
