Terms & Conditions for the #MyGALStory Challenge

1. ORGANIZER

The #MyGALStory Challenge (the “Challenge”) is organized by Glam-Aholic Lifestyle, LLC (“Organizer”)

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • The Challenge is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of Glam-Aholic Lifestyle, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. CHALLENGE PERIOD

The Challenge begins on March 3, 2025, at 10:30 AM ET and ends on March 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (“Challenge Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must:

  1. Create an original Instagram Reel (or TikTok video) that shares their #MyGALStory, using a Glam-Aholic bag.

  2. Tag @glamaholiclifestyle in the post.

  3. Use the hashtag #MyGALStory in the caption.

  4. Ensure their profile is public so their submission is visible.

Each participant may submit one entry, and only one entry will be considered for the final prize.

5. WINNER SELECTION

  • The most creative and inspiring submission will be selected based on the following criteria:

    • Creativity & originality (40%)

    • Storytelling impact (40%)

    • Quality of content (20%)

  • The Glam-Aholic Lifestyle marketing team will review entries and select one winner.

  • The winner will be announced on March 31, 2025, via Glam-Aholic’s official Instagram page (@glamaholiclifestyle) and notified via DM.

6. PRIZE

  • The winner will receive a $300 Glam-Aholic Lifestyle gift card (the “Prize”).

  • The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

7. CONTENT RIGHTS & USAGE

By entering the Challenge, participants:

  • Grant Glam-Aholic Lifestyle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, share, and display their content for promotional purposes across all digital platforms.

  • Confirm that they own the rights to their submission and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

8. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • Glam-Aholic Lifestyle is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries.

  • Instagram and TikTok are not affiliated with this Challenge, and by entering, participants release these platforms from any liability related to this giveaway.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Glam-Aholic Lifestyle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge if unforeseen circumstances arise.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the final decisions of the Organizer.
